Location is perfect for Chewang Beach, could not get any better. Modern rooms for good price

The pool area is covered by shade and water freezing, makes it difficult to dry off. Only complaint of a lovely stay!

Clean spacious room with a good bathroom with high water pressure.

Occasionally a bit of ice would shoot out of the aircon! We were also not able to get any more hangers

It's a great scam. It doesn't have spa and it's not like what appears at the pics

I recomend not to go

1. Very poor breakfast. 2. I asked to check 1 hour after the official check out time, as I was with a baby and had to get to the ferry a bit later. Although the hotel was EMPTY, I was told it's extra charge. I asked why as it's only 1 hour, it's obvious that they don't need the room for other visitors and it will really help me with my baby. But the counter lady insisted on the extra charge.

The swimming pool was excellent, very refreshing and calming. The location was very good close to the beach but no noise.

Everything. It's in an amazing location. Currency Exchange, ATM, 7/11, bars, restaurants and shops are all central to the location. A plus it was never noisy! I slept comfortably and soundly.

The pool was so so cold.

The size of room; decent shower; location was perfect for beach, shopping and bars/restaurants; pool very nice to get out of sun and more refreshing than beach; Staff very friendly and helpful; clean

The bed was so hard! Stayed in a twin room to start with then queen a week later and single bed much comfier. Strange breakfasts but authentic. Very poorly lit rooms due to location of wooden panel where air con was (it was blocking majority of lighting and bedside lamps were poor)

Hotel supply the transportation to airport in van but only if it is not taken by bangkok air flying crew?! Swimming pool water is very cold.

The room was very well appointed and the bathroom was large and had a bath!

- Position: just at the beginning of Chaweng Walking Street. Close to the nightlife, but in a peaceful place. - Breakfast: actually it is not a pro, but it's okay if you do not have big expectations.

- View: we booked the suite and we had a view over a field full of junk; - Staff: when we arrived they forgot to leave use towels. I called the reception and at first, they were keep telling me that they provided them. When they finally come to check, they find out that I was righy (I even open my luggage to show them that OF COURSE I am not a thief and I am not going to steal a towel!!). In additon, the reception staff is not helpful at all and with a lack of communication between the team. They first said that it was not possible to have an additional key, then when I asked to an other staff member he gave it to me. - Room: very expensive compared to the other Chaweng solutions and we found a splot in the bath tube. Air conditioning just in the bedroom while it was like being on the sun when I was in the toilet. -Wifi: it was working 1 time out of 5;

The comfiest beds we’ve slept in in Thailand!!! Great pool, big lovely clean room and bathroom, and were even given a welcome drink as we arrived!

They didn’t tell us the times for breakfast therefore we missed it annoyingly! Don’t have anything negative to say otherwise! :)

One of the few hotels with the bathtub

Very expensive. Slept in Thailand in the same standard or nicer hotels for almost the half of the price. Bad dark light. Old dirty lamps. Stuff polite but gives you different info so you don’t know what is true. It said that they offer airport schuttle and they do if you pay. Price more expensive than gabbing a mafia Samui taxi.

A nice hotel Good value Good location Pool is ok Staff are nice - limited English but that’s the same anywhere in Thailand

Towels are starting to get old . They were clean though
